How payouts work

Fully verified businesses are paid straight to their bank, usually the next business day. Other online payments go to your LuxeFlow wallet, and you withdraw them to your payout account within your verification level's limits.
Two ways money reaches you
- Direct to your bank: when your business is fully verified and your bank account matches, online payments are split at the source and paid to your bank, usually the next business day.
- Through your wallet: otherwise, online payments land in your Business Wallet. Withdraw them to your payout account any time, within the limits for your verification level.
Fees
Transfer fees are charged to the business. See the fee terms for online payment fees.
Holds
LuxeFlow may hold a payout while it checks a chargeback, a suspected fraud or a legal request. We tell you when this happens.
