How to set up loyalty points

Open Marketing & Growth, then Referral & Loyalty, turn on loyalty, and choose how many points clients earn and what they can spend them on.
Turn on loyalty
- Open Marketing & Growth, then Referral & Loyalty.
- Turn on loyalty points.
- Choose how clients earn points, for example per naira spent.
- Choose rewards, for example a free wash and set at 3,000 points.
Tiers
On plans that include tiers, reward your best clients with higher tiers and better rewards.
Referrals
Turn on referral codes so a client and the friend they invite both get a reward.
Clients see their points in the LuxeFlow app and on their receipts.
